2. Use of the Site

You may use this website to browse our product catalog, submit RFQs (Requests for Quotation), download product specifications, and contact our sales team for commercial inquiries. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to scraping, automated data collection, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfering with the website’s security features.

Privacy & Data Protection: When you submit an inquiry, RFQ, or contact request through this website, we collect personal data such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and project details. Such data is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, and fulfill commercial communication. For full details on how we collect, use, store, retain, share, and protect your personal data, and on your rights as a data subject, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy. By using this website and submitting personal data, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with that Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, technical drawings, CAD files, videos, and software — is the property of Hannah Iron or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print website content for the sole purpose of evaluating our products and services for potential commercial engagement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Our brand name "Hannah Iron" and related logos are registered trademarks.

4. Product Information & Specifications

All products displayed on this website, including but not limited to outdoor iron products, aluminum structures, galvanized steel fabrications, pergolas, gazebos, bollards, and custom metalwork, are manufactured by Hannah Iron under ISO 9001:2015 certified production processes.

Specifications, dimensions, weights, finishes, and load capacities shown on product pages are typical values intended for reference. Final specifications — including any custom modifications, structural requirements, or finish options — are confirmed in the formal quotation issued by our sales team. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update product information at any time without prior notice.

5. Quotes, Orders & Delivery

All pricing displayed on the website is indicative and subject to confirmation via formal quotation. To initiate a commercial relationship, you may submit an RFQ through our contact form, by email, or via direct communication with our sales team. We typically respond to standard RFQs within 24–48 business hours.

The standard order process follows these steps: (1) RFQ submission with technical specifications, (2) engineering review and formal quotation, (3) sample or prototype approval if required, (4) proforma invoice and deposit receipt, (5) production with quality inspection at multiple stages, (6) final inspection, balance payment, and shipment. Production lead time is typically 25–45 days for standard items and varies for custom or large-volume orders. Shipping terms follow Incoterms 2020 (typically FOB Shanghai, CIF, or DDP as agreed).

6. Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices in formal quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on raw material costs, currency fluctuations, and order-specific requirements. For custom orders with non-standard specifications, tooling costs and setup fees are quoted separately.

Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation. The remaining balance shall be paid against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) — typically by T/T within 7 business days of the customer receiving the B/L copy. As the standard shipment-release procedure, the original B/L will be released (or telex-released / express-released, as agreed) only after full payment has been confirmed in our account. Alternative payment methods — including L/C at sight, D/P, D/A, or Open Account — may be considered for established customers and large orders, subject to credit review. All bank charges are the responsibility of the originating party.

7. Custom Manufacturing & OEM/ODM Services

Hannah Iron provides full custom manufacturing services, including OEM (manufacturing products to your specifications under your brand) and ODM (modifying our existing designs or developing new designs for your market). All custom projects begin with a detailed technical review to confirm feasibility, material selection, structural requirements, and compliance with destination-market standards.

Tooling, molds, and dies required for custom orders are quoted separately and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, remain the property of Hannah Iron. Where the customer requires full ownership of custom tooling, this shall be negotiated and agreed in writing during the quotation stage, and ownership transfer is subject to the customer paying the full tooling cost plus any applicable buyout fee. Designs, drawings, specifications, and other technical information provided by the customer are used solely for the agreed order and are kept confidential. Intellectual property in customer-supplied designs remains with the customer. For OEM production, branding, packaging, and labeling specifications must be confirmed in writing before production begins.

8. Disclaimers & Warranties

All products manufactured by Hannah Iron carry a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Surface finishes (powder coating, galvanizing, painting) are warranted against peeling, cracking, or excessive fading under normal environmental conditions for the same period.

For the purposes of this warranty, "normal environmental conditions" refers to standard atmospheric corrosivity categories C2–C3 as defined by ISO 12944. For coastal, high-salinity, extreme cold, or extreme heat regions (C4–C5 and above), specific environmental suitability must be confirmed in writing during the quotation stage, and the warranty does not cover premature degradation caused by non-typical climatic conditions.

Except as expressly stated above, this website and all information, content, and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website’s uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond the product warranty terms stated in our formal quotation or sales contract.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hannah Iron’s total aggregate liability arising from or related to any product, quotation, or service — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Hannah Iron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and survives any termination or expiration of these Terms.

Nothing in this Section 9 shall limit or exclude liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, (ii) property damage or loss caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, or (iii) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any obligation under these Terms or any commercial agreement where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, typhoons, extreme weather, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, export or import restrictions, port closures, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labor disputes, factory fires, equipment breakdown, raw material shortages, or disruption of transportation, telecommunications, or power supply (each, a "Force Majeure Event").

The party affected by a Force Majeure Event shall notify the other party in writing within 7 days of becoming aware of the event, stating the nature, expected duration, and anticipated impact on performance. Performance of the affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than 60 consecutive days, either party may terminate the affected order by written notice without liability, except for payment of products already delivered.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hannah Iron, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any commercial transaction entered into in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any commercial transaction between you and Hannah Iron shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or any commercial transaction with Hannah Iron shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for final arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules in effect at the time of arbitration. The 30-day negotiation period may be extended by mutual written agreement between the parties. The seat of arbitration shall be Shanghai, China, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Changes to Terms

Hannah Iron reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
